How to take CBD

Lots of people ask me how to take CBD’s. This post is for you!!

The endocannabinoid system runs throughout the entire body. Taking CBD triggers the system directly and indirectly. This can result in reducing inflammation, reducing pain, and aiding in relaxation.

To start taking CBD, I would use this product (I trust it for myself, and my family) Produced from USA grown hemp. Tested, and provided with a bar code, you can reference details.

Dosage:

If it is your first time, I recommend starting at 50% the recommended dosage every morning for 3 weeks. (or 5mg per 50 lbs of body weight, whichever is less. There is 1000 mg in 1 milliliter) If needed increase dose to 75% after 1 week, and depending on the severity of your symptoms, You may need to jump to the 100% recommended amount on the bottle. Your body only uses what it needs. If you provide too much too fast, it may just be a waist. You want it to build up, give your body a chance to acclimate. I take .25 ml every morning. I am also taking .25 ml of the CBD with lavender sometimes at night. Some supplement by smoking THC/CBD in the evening.

CBD carries with it the herbs infused with it. I use Turmeric with CBD (emphasis on reducing inflammation) We also have Lavender (emphasis- relaxation). I usually purchase a 2,000 mg bottle to keep my cost down, and decrease my dosage of oil. The Turmeric is infused with black pepper, increasing its properties by 2,000%! This has made a big difference for me in my hips, and my neck.

Importantt things to remember-

-It is important you have a “Full Spectrum” CBD . You want the little bit of THC, and other chemicals. Together these will create balance.

-plain Distillate has been said to be not as effective. CBD is available without THC, and some say it does help them with pain and inflammation. Research is still being done on this.

-Taking CBD in tincture format is the most effective way to take it. If you are smoking CBD with apparatus that is too hot, it may get burned off, and you will be unable to absorb. Wasting the medicine.

Hope this helps people take CBD successfully, and save some money!
